Acceptance
By accessing this website and completing any purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and Return Policy. Port Said Star Factory has crafted fine seafood since 2009 and reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice. Product availability varies by season and branch.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Delivery & Inspection
The customer shall inspect the order in full upon delivery and in the presence of the delivery representative. Valid reasons for refusing delivery are strictly limited to incorrect items, or expired products. If any of the stated reasons apply, the customer may refuse delivery without incurring any charges. If delivery is refused for any reason other than those specified above, the customer shall be liable for the delivery fee only.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds shall be processed using the original payment method within a period of one (1) to ten (10) business days from the date of return approval.
Liability
The website disclaims any liability for damages resulting from improper storage or misuse of the products after delivery.
