Information We Collect
We process the details you provide for accounts, wishlist, enquiries, orders, delivery and payment or reconciliation evidence. This can include your name, phone, email, delivery address and the products you choose.
How We Use It
We use this information to provide your account and wishlist, process and deliver orders, verify payments, prevent duplicate transactions, respond to enquiries and meet accounting or security obligations. We never sell your data.
Pseudonymous Analytics
For public content pages only, we resolve country locally and immediately replace the network address with a keyed pseudonymous identifier. We store country, bounded page and referrer-host data, deduplicated in a five-minute window. We store no raw network address or full browser identifier in analytics. Private account, checkout, verification, reset, payment and administration paths are excluded.
Retention
Pseudonymous public-page analytics are retained for no more than 90 days. Enquiries, account records, order and payment evidence are retained only for the operational, legal, security and accounting periods that apply to them.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies for sessions, security, language preference, account and checkout functions.
Data Security
We apply access controls, encryption, minimisation and audit measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us.
